Our Dojo

Over the last decade, we’ve established a welcoming community of dedicated practitioners. It’s a great place to learn a martial art with wonderful people who want you to succeed.

We're committed to making martial arts work for everyone. Regardless of your background, fitness, and schedule, our space is welcoming, endorsing, and supportive.

Our classes are tailored to a wide variety of interests. Want more fighting? Hit any of our three weekly combat classes! Looking for pure fitness training? Hit Jiu Fitsu and Dojo Runs! Want to move up the belts? Hit curriculum classes!

OUR ART

Our foundation is Can-Ryu Japanese Jiu Jitsu, but we’re also informed by our instructors’ backgrounds in Wrestling, Kickboxing, Judo, Kung Fu, and Karate.

We compete often and safely. We have 4 combat drills - Sparring (stand-up striking), Randori (throws and takedowns), Ground-fighting, and Free-Flow Fighting (all 3 previous drills in 1). Lots of fun!

Each class includes a fitness component. Our Dojo makes our students fitter, faster, and more resilient. Whether its warm-ups designed to challenge your cardio, long rounds of combat, or classes explicitly designed to push your fitness, FJJ is here to make you stronger.
